Beef

We are proud to sell our own beef, reared on our farm, 7 miles from the shop, and the welfare of our animals is of the utmost importance to the Turner family.

We have a range of cuts/joints for all dishes and cooking methods.

 Steaks: sirloin, fillet, rump, ribeye, flat iron, skirt and minute steak.

 Joints: sirloin, forerib on the bone, topside, and silverside.

 Slow cook cuts: shin of beef, braising steak, brisket, steak mince and more.  

 100% Ellenden Beef products: Steak burgers, Rib Cap Burgers (premium beef, cap of the rib eye, giving flavour and ease of cooking).

We are always happy to take orders for specific cuts of your choice, please ask one of our Ellenden Team, who will be happy to help.

Our beef cuts are also used to make our pre-prepared meals.  This is in order to  use our meat sustainably, and to give our customer the best quality ingredients, in meals prepared not industrially but by hand.
